One Thousand Museum

Introducing Miami's Most Prestigious Residential Address

“They” say a picture speaks 1000 words. And for One Thousand Museum, I wanted to create something that no number of words could justify. As one of South Florida’s most revered new residential towers, One Thousand Museum brings a new dimension to the iconic Miami skyline.
I was honored to be tasked with the creation of all branding collateral, promotional material, and stationery for this ultra-luxury, 62-storey condominium over the course of a 3-year period. From mailers to books to brochures, signs, event invites, and more, I was tasked with creating everything the brand needed to make more sales.
To reflect the spirit of the architecture and the art behind the design, I embraced a minimalist black-and-white aesthetic, with finishes such as spot UV sprawled across their stationery and pieces to highlight certain elements. The colors and finishes used for the project reflect the brand’s classic and high-end look and feel, amplify their tone of voice, and speak on the brand’s behalf everywhere they go. These are the attributes of any strong brand, and One Thousand Museum was no exception.
