Dominating the heart of Miami’s Design District is Parterre 42, South Florida’s first COOKFOX-Designed Tower worth a staggering $300M. The building’s branding needed to be nothing short of remarkable, reflecting the sleek modern architecture and cool urban vibes of this high-end and artistic neighborhood, renowned for its innovative presence in the fashion, art, architecture, and design industry.
Known for its upscale art galleries, boutique cafés, and chic interior design stores, the Design District is art incarnate. This laid the groundwork for Parterre’s branding concept, for which I drew inspiration from the District’s dynamic energy and inimitable personality. I was responsible for the creation of Parterre 42’s logo, branding book layout, online landing page, and on-site fence wrap. The result was a cohesive, relevant contemporary look that fit right in with the vibe of Miami’s Design District.
